Shipping

Ricambi Centre ships car parts throughout Italy, across Europe, and to most international destinations. Free collection is also available from our warehouse in Cornedo Vicentino, Vicenza by appointment.

Delivery Times

• Italy: 2–3 working days
• Europe: 4–6 working days
• Rest of the world: 9–12 working days, excluding customs clearance times

Orders paid by 13:00 are normally dispatched the same day.

All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier, customs procedures, and exceptional circumstances.

A tracking number is provided once the parcel has been handed to the courier, allowing you to follow your delivery through to arrival.

Shipping Costs

Italy

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within Italy.

International

For orders outside Italy, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, parcel dimensions, part weight, and selected shipping option.

Packaging

Every part is carefully prepared and packed to minimise the risk of transit damage.

Extra care is taken with fragile components such as headlights, tail lights, mirrors, control units, electronic modules, displays, and body panels. Heavy or bulky parts — including engines, gearboxes, bumpers, doors, and axles — are packed using materials and methods suited to the size and nature of the item.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Always check the condition of the packaging on delivery. If the parcel shows visible damage — holes, cuts, crushing, or any other anomaly — note it with the courier before signing and contact us immediately.

If the packaging is intact but the part inside is damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photographs of both the part and the packaging as received. For full details on the procedure to follow in case of transit damage, see our Returns & Guarantee page.
