Ricambi Centre accepts return requests within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Returns
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the error was ours or otherwise agreed in writing.
The part must be returned complete, unmodified, untampered, and in the same condition as received. Please pack it carefully to avoid damage during return transit.
30-Day Guarantee
The guarantee covers the part's conformity to its description, photographs, and product listing information. If the part does not conform, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Used parts may show normal signs of wear, surface marks, disassembly residue, or minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with the nature of a used component.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect fitting, improper use, non-professional installation, incorrect coding or programming (e.g. control units, electronic modules), tampering, modifications, or incompatibility not verified prior to purchase.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Always inspect the packaging on delivery.
If the parcel shows visible damage — holes, cuts, crushing, dents, wet box, damaged tape, or tampered packaging — note the damage on the courier's delivery document before signing and contact us immediately.
If the courier does not allow you to note the issue on the delivery document, refuse the parcel and let us know straight away.
If the packaging is intact but the part inside is damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photographs of both the part and the packaging as received.
Opening a Refund Request
To open a return or guarantee request, please send us:
- Order number
- Product name or link
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the part received
- Photos of the packaging, if the issue relates to transit damage
- Technical diagnosis, if available and relevant
Compatibility
We always recommend verifying compatibility before purchase. The most reliable method is to send us the vehicle VIN and, if available, the OEM code of the original part.
A compatibility check before ordering helps avoid mistakes, returns, and unnecessary vehicle downtime.
